The Twenty First Century Charter (21CC) will be launched at the House of Commons on 13th October at 7.30pm in Committee Room 5. The Charter re-invigorates an approach and a movement that brought about great social change in the 19th Century. This is a significant step, bringing a new voice for everyone and encouraging engagement in the ethics and issues of our day. A press release is attached.
